After our onboarding call with clients, we map the market of the top 50 potential companies to develop our candidate pool. Then, leveraging all of our 20,000+ industry connections and 50+ job boards, we shortlist roughly 20 candidates to complete a 2-phase interview process before you ever see them. Once they’re in the interview process, we gather valuable feedback after every interview to ensure we can onboard them to your team. You’ll be sent ideally 2-5 qualified candidates that can do the job – you’ll just have to decide which one you’d be able to work with the best.

We get it. Construction is a tight-knit, close industry, and the last thing we want is for your boss to find out you’re exploring other roles. Our team ensures confidentiality through every touchpoint we work together, and we only submit your resume after your approval. This way, you’ll know the company you’re applying to beforehand, so we can avoid any close relationships. Plus, all of our clients sign a confidentiality agreement as part of our services for extra caution.
Great question. Some of our clients prefer to remain anonymous so they’re not inundated with hundreds of candidates applying. This is where we come in. We only select the top 5 candidates for our construction clients to evaluate, meaning if you’re selected to move forward, there is a really high chance you’ll get an interview. Once we understand your skillset more and ensure you’re the right fit, we have no problem sharing the company name after our initial pre-screen (as long as it’s not a confidential role).
