More than a traditional recruitment agency, we strategically hire to foster growth in companies by helping you maximize your ROI on talent. We do this through our growth consulting sessions, where we create a project plan for each search before going to market to attract your new hire. We are a full-service firm that supports you through every stage of the recruitment process, which includes our 32 touch-point process. All you have to do is show up to the interviews and select the best candidate, and we take care of the rest.

    We partner with a diverse range of clients, primarily focusing on high-growth residential & ICI developers and builders across North America. Our sweet spot is with companies typically under 100 employees, aiming to scale from 10 to 50+ team members. Our portfolio includes collaborations with prominent developers such as Tribute Communities, Remington Group, and the Minto Group, as well as dynamic, family-operated businesses like Icon Homes, Dunpar Homes, and Laurelcrest Homes. Beyond residential construction, we also serve Private Equity firms, educational institutions, and global safety companies like Kee Safety, helping them achieve limitless growth by securing their next top talent.

    Yup. We believe in utilizing every resource, not just one. We ensure every stone is turned when we go to market for your next new hire. We post your job across 50+ job boards as well as leverage our 20,000+ local construction professional networks.

    After our onboarding call with clients, we map the market of the top 50 potential companies to develop our candidate pool. Then, leveraging all of our 20,000+ industry connections and 50+ job boards, we shortlist roughly 20 candidates to complete a 2-phase interview process before you ever see them. Once they’re in the interview process, we gather valuable feedback after every interview to ensure we can onboard them to your team. You’ll be sent ideally 2-5 qualified candidates that can do the job – you’ll just have to decide which one you’d be able to work with the best.

    If you’re a residential or ICI developer/builder in North America, you’ve come to the right place. We’ve filled roles from VP of Development to Coordinator, VP of Accounting to AP Clerk, VP of Construction to Site Admin, VP of Customer Care to Decor Consultant. Yes, even estimators too. If you’ve got something to build, we have management talent for you.

    • Our heavily discounted Recruitment Reimagined offer.

    We get it. Construction is a tight-knit, close industry, and the last thing we want is for your boss to find out you’re exploring other roles. Our team ensures confidentiality through every touchpoint we work together, and we only submit your resume after your approval. This way, you’ll know the company you’re applying to beforehand, so we can avoid any close relationships. Plus, all of our clients sign a confidentiality agreement as part of our services for extra caution.

    Great question. Some of our clients prefer to remain anonymous so they’re not inundated with hundreds of candidates applying. This is where we come in. We only select the top 5 candidates for our construction clients to evaluate, meaning if you’re selected to move forward, there is a really high chance you’ll get an interview. Once we understand your skillset more and ensure you’re the right fit, we have no problem sharing the company name after our initial pre-screen (as long as it’s not a confidential role).

    Yes. This is our favorite part – where all the planning comes together, and if we did our job right, you’re excited for the offer to come. Based on multiple conversations around what the compensation package would need to be for you to consider it – we take into account vacation, bonus, salary, benefits, car allowance, etc., – and negotiate on your behalf. This way, there’s no awkward conversation about money, and you can start your new job knowing you got the best offer possible.
